Return Policy

To protect your rights, we’ve established the following concise return rules to ensure a transparent and efficient process:​
1. Return Eligibility​
Returns can be requested within 30 days of confirmed delivery (based on the logistics signature time);​
Items must be in their original packaging, unused, undamaged, with all accessories/labels intact (special categories such as personalized products, intimate apparel, and opened cosmetics are non-returnable—see product detail pages for more information).​
2. Return Process​
First, submit a return request through the "Order Center" or contact customer service, stating the reason and providing your order number;​
After approval, you will receive a return authorization number. Pack the item as instructed and clearly mark the authorization number on the package before sending it back;​
Once we receive the returned item and confirm it meets the eligibility requirements, we will process the refund (to your original payment method) within 3-5 business days.​
3. Special Notes​
If the return is caused by an issue with the item itself (e.g., wrong item shipped, damaged item), we will cover the return shipping costs;​
For returns not due to quality issues, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs, and no additional restocking fee will be charged;​
International returns must comply with local customs regulations, and you will be responsible for any related taxes and duties.​
